OP Guidelines
- We recommend you to pre book your appointment with our OP reception ( 040 4383 9999 ) or online, to minimise your waiting period.
- Kindly arrive at the premises 15-20 min. prior to your time slot.
- Please make arrangements to avoid bringing more than 1 attender with the patient.
- Kindly adhere to all the security and medical protocols in place at the premises of the hospital.
- Kindly refrain from unnecessary roaming, smoking and loud talking in the lobby/hospital premises.
- Make sure to bring all your previous medical history, prescriptions, medical tests, current medications with dosage with you if any.
- While we fully encourage you to discuss your symptoms, habits & problems with the doctor in detail for proper diagnosis & treatment, remind yourself that the next patient may be waiting for their turn.
